Our Story
Founded in 2015, Heron began as a dedicated supplier and installer of countertops for multi-family projects across the United States. Over the years, our commitment to quality and service helped us build a strong foundation, completing dozens of successful projects annually.
In 2018, we expanded our offerings to include cabinetry, allowing us to serve a broader range of clients and increase our project volume. This expansion led to an average of 50 countertop and 25 cabinet projects per year. Our growth can be attributed to a simple but effective strategy: providing exceptional products combined with outstanding customer service. As a result, we’ve continued to earn the trust of both new and returning clients, solidifying Heron Stone & Cabinets as the go-to turn-key provider for countertops and cabinetry in multi-family developments.
Today, Heron has proudly completed over 500 projects nationwide, generating over $200 million in revenue. Our track record speaks to our dedication to excellence and our ability to deliver high-quality solutions on time and on budget.

At the heart of Heron is a team with more than 80 years of combined experience in the construction industry, specializing in countertops and cabinetry for multi-family projects. We pride ourselves on our expertise and deep understanding of the unique needs of our clients.

A seasoned business operator and financial consultant with 16 years in real estate and construction. With a background as a CPA at KPMG Peat Marwick, Jay specializes in tax planning, business succession, and financial strategies for large-scale projects.
Sigurdis Persaud
Director of Operations & Partner
With a Master’s in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Architecture, Sigurdis brings 15+ years of expertise in real estate and construction. She has overseen over $60 million in countertop orders for multi-family, hospitality, and student housing projects.
Martha Abella
Senior Account Executive
She has over 20 years of experience in the Architectural and Construction fields and has spent 8 years specializing in countertop estimation, contract negotiation, and bidding for large multi-family projects.
Carlos De La Fe

With over 35 years of experience in the cabinetry industry,
he worked with the top European and Domestic manufacturers on single and multi-family
projects. His extensive knowledge drives the design and production of the
